Penn State's College of Communications is now accepting registrations to Penn State's summer camps in Multimedia Journalism and Film-Video. All high school students who will be enrolled in the fall of 2013 are eligible. Dates: July 7 - 11, 2013. The camps will be held at the University Park campus in State College, PA. 2013 National High School Journalism Teacher Awards Program
The Dow Jones News Fund will select one National High School Journalism Teacher of the Year, four Distinguished Advisers and several Special Recognition Advisers.
Application packages must be postmarked by July 8, 2013.

There is no cost to the teacher or school for attending the Institute, thanks to the support of the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation. However, the selection process is competitive -- each year 175 teachers/advisers are chosen from about 400 applications.
